Our History

In 1990, Joe’s Engine & Compressor Maintenance Inc. was incorporated with the purpose to provide parts and service to the natural gas industry. Beginning with his acreage and shop, owner Joe Basse had one service truck and apprentice. Tiger Machining was added in 1995 to compliment the mechanical services offerings. On June 1st, 2004, Joe’s Engine & Compressor Maintenance Inc. and Tiger Machining Inc. merged to create a streamlined single company, which as of December 31, 2009 is solely operated as Tiger Machining Inc.

Fast forward to 2013 and Tiger Machining Inc. has rapidly grown to a dedicated staff of 20 professionals and 2 service trucks operating in Sherwood Park. Our Sherwood Park location occupies 13,400 sq. feet of facilities to properly clean, inspect and rebuild your reciprocating compressors and their accessories to OEM standards.
